SPAGHETTI WITH THREE TOMATOES
Prepare a first dish with three of red, yellow and orange tomatoes
Take our three baby tomatoes in water and salt: Orange, Yellow and Plum.
To start, drain the Organic Orange, Yellow and Plum Tomatoes in water and salt and cut them in half.
Take a non-stick pan and brown a clove of garlic in the oil.
Add the plum tomatoes and, after a few minutes, the yellow and orange tomatoes. Let them cook for a few minutes, and then season with salt and pepper. Add a tablespoon of Organic Plum Tomato Puree to make the sauce extra creamy and to reach a perfect consistency.
Boil some water, salt it and cook the spaghetti al dente.
Once ready, drain the spaghetti and salt them directly in the sauce. Add a ladleful of cooking water, mix it all together and add some basil leaves.
Serve the spaghetti and garnish with more basil leaves and baby tomatoes.
