FRIED EGG WITH PLUM TOMATOES
Prepare a second course with organic tomatoes and egg
INGREDIENTS FOR ONE PERSON
- 1 Organic egg
- 1 Organic plum tomato in water and salt
- Basil leaf
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper as needed
Drain the Organic Plum Tomatoes in water and salt from the jar, cut them in half and cook in a very hot pan, mixing, with oil, salt and basil for five minutes.
Stir fry the egg in a pan and serve it all together, with a side of toasted bread and butter.
